The Kerosene heater ended up working great. I put on the seal coat yesterday and it cured really well. I left the heater on until late last night, then shut it off before going to bed. The temperature slowly cooled overnight.

I also followed some advice from West on keeping my resin and hardner warm (I store it in the heated laundry room and have a work light near it when I'm using it.) It seemed to work well. The epoxy cured in the projected time for 72 degrees F, even though the temperature slipped down to the low 50's overnight.
