Check with fuel oil dealers, too. I have one up the street that has a self-service pump for small quanties. The price is MUCH lower than hardware store and considerably lower than at gas stations, as kero sold for heating fuel is not taxed as highly as kero for other purposes (K-1 kero is essentially jet fuel). You can tell the difference easily, as heating kero is dyed bright red.
