As for Vaclav, I believe him entirely, & it wasn't him or the post office- I screwed up.

At this point I think that the time it would take for another money order to get to him & then the plans to get to me would get me started next year. I don't want staple holes in my boat, so even building full time probably won't get me far enough along (glue drying time) before I'd have to start moving it around, & I'd probably damage it in the process.
