I just finished using the 5.5 on Beth's Silver. It lays out very well. After wetting it out, I was initially dismayed that much of the weave was still showing. It would go clear with some squeegy work, but doing that on the entire hull was not appealing. By letting it sit, though, it did clear on it's own. That was a relief for me. The key here was RAKA's slow epoxy. If I hadn't used that, I would have had major problems. I saw no trouble with bubbles, etc. It has filled really well. I was able to keep the fill coats nice and thin. My recommendation for this glass would be patience and definitely slow epoxy. Apply it and then check on it every few hours to squeegy out trouble spots. I think it can be a really nice glass if handled right.

I used the 3.25 on the Spirit deck and insides. I had a lot of trouble getting it to lay down. The cloth had been folded, though, so some wrinkles were hard to get out. The glass I had was a very tight weave and almost stiff to the touch.
