I have just finished glassing the inside of my hull and there are a few small (dime to quarter size) spots that look like the glass has pulled away from the wood, leaving air under the glass. I am not worried about the asthetics, but is this going to cause any structural issues? How should I deal with this?
Second question. The outside of my hull looks a bit milky. I have done one or two fill coats and have tried very hard to avoid blush and introducing air bubbles. What would be the cause/solution for this? Will sanding and more fill coats likely solve the problem?
Thanks again for all the help.
JJ
PS. Any good pages describing the process of building a composite coaming? I want to do the entire thing (riser and lip) in carbon/glass.
