Skin-on-Frame: Deck Beam & Rib placement

I measured and laid out all of my rib and deck beam locations last night. I found that in a couple of instances the rib and the deck beams lined up where the rib mortise is directly under the deck beam. Morris says that this should be avoided although Starr and Cunningham don't mention it. Should I maneuver the beck beams so that they aren’t over the ribs? Should I play with the rib spacing?
