Hi Robert -

If the glass hasn't delaminated from the kevlar (sounds like a tough boat), I'd just use epoxy tinted to match the hull with a saran wrap cover to make it smooth, then sand and polish. I had some gelcoat damage on my QCC Q700 and they recommended a simple fix of using a dremel to grind out the damaged gel coat cracks, not the glass, then repairing.
