I'd recommend a post on gear swap at BoaterTalk.com...most of the folks on this BBS build their own boats (which are more often wooden sea kayaks).

I'd also recommend listing your location, asking price, spec's on the boat, and a general description of how much it has been used on your web page. You're not going to generate a whole lot of interest with only "Kayak for Sale" and your email address ... an Outlaw will likely sell for about $4-500US.
