Have you checked RAKA?

I'm not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for...

KEVLAR
Strength, abrasion and impact resistance.

Kevlar
Price Per Lineal Yard

1.8 oz. x 44"
$16.00

2.4 oz x 50", 220 style
$22.00

5 oz. x 38" 285 Style
$16.00

5 oz. x 60" wide 343 style same as 285
$25.00

12 oz. x 49" wide 2 x 2 conform
$38.75

They also have kevlar and Carbon tape. I have some of the kevlar tape. It's really heavy duty stuff.
