S&G: Skewed Stern?

Good day.

I am building a stitch and glue Goldeneye from Pygmy and am struggling with the lines of the stern. I see it, some others do (kind of) abut may others think I am crazy. It appears - to me - that the keel kind of "flares" off toward the Stern end of the boat. Some tell me that since the lines are straight (and they are) this will not affect the performance. I can see it and it bugs me, so I was wondering if anyone had techniques for "straightening this out." A heat gun does loosen the eopxy and allow me to move pieces around. I'm not sure if I can upload the photos. If you have some ideas, please contact me and I'll e-mail you two photos that show what I am talking about.

THANK YOU
