I hope so because that's probably what I'll do. One other possibility is that I may use a washer and wingnut on the bottom, bolt it all together, and embed the wingnut so it won't turn, or get lost. I'd use locktite in that case. This would only need to be done at the bow and stern for me. I can reach the rest of them with the nylon safety nut.
