I guess it's a little off topic but there's an interesting article in the local paper about plans for the new Boeing 7E7... not those kind of plans Interestingly enough, cost is said to be what has limited the use of composites in commercial airliners and that cost will become less of an obstacle in the future. The article also says that the composite wing pieces will snap together like Legos... well I hope it's not exactly like Lego.
