Material: bending type plywood

Has anyone ever used bendable plywood? I was looking at some sheets of plywoods for a future SG series of projects and got to play with a piece:
1/4 inch bendy ply could be bent around a 3 inch radius.

The stuff comes in 4 X 8 foot sheets of 1/8, 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 inch, and can be bent in one direction on the sheet. What I meant is that it's designed to bend either lengthwise or cross-wise but not both ways.

The stuff is made out of poplar and made in France though other manufacturers are out there, too.

Seems like one can use the stuff to bend a one piece coaming with only one seam, and for SG use? Maybe a one piece surf kayak bottom with some bend in it??? I know absolutely zero about SG building so keep that in mind when I surmise possible uses.

Many thanks to the crew at Frost's Hardwood who shared their sunflower seeds while we screwed around making S curves.
