S&G: Order of next (and final for now) steps

I have a question about the order in which I should do the following next steps on my COHO. With the weekend approaching I plan on some quality time with the boat and wonder what you would do when.

Things to be done: Sand in preparation for varnish. Cut and install hatches and bulkheads. End pours. Drill holes and install deck bungies and perimeter lines. Varnish.

My plan (critique as necessary) is:
Sand with 150 to feather edges drips, sags etc, followed by 220.
Cut hatches, drill/fill/drill all holes for deck fittings.
End Pours.
Install bulkheads.
Sand all with 220 if scratches occurred, spots missed or slop from sealing hatch edges.
Wet sand with 320.
Varnish.
Curse all the flaws I see and the bugs that seek immortality mistaking my varnish for amber.
