I've finally got around starting a new building project - this time, a kayak of my own design. I've posted some progress pictures on my website. From the main window, click on "RL-1" in the table of contents.

The linked photo shows an unplanned hull inlay. On a future project, I want to try to duplicate some Frank Llyod Wright stained glass patterns on the deck. This simple hull repair gave me a chance to play around with some ideas an work on my inlay skills. The design was inpired by the stained glass at the FLW Coonley House.
