Epoxy: clouding cedar strip

Four years ago I completed a Bob Mac Panache. Its been a great boat and it was a fun project but its time to restore it to its original look. Its getting quite cloudy looking. At the time of completion everything looked pretty good. Now four years later the hull is getting cloudier and cloudlier. Not sure if this is a varnish issue or my fiberglassing job comeing back to haunt me.....
I think I overworked my resin on the hull so it didnt turn out quite as clear as the deck did however at the time of first completeing the boat the diference was hardly noticable. Now though the hull is getty really cloudy and not so much the deck. I used the West System 105 resin and the 206 hardner. Wishing now I had used the 207 hardner and I am thinking about sanding the entire outside of the kayak down to the cedar stripping and redoing with the 207 hardner and 6 oz cloth. Wondering if anyone else has done this and what to expect. Also I am wondering if I do do this if there would be a need to use seem tape on the outside of the sheerline as the deck glassing can overlap the hull a bit and the same treatment with the hull overlapping the deck a bit.
I guess I should first off determine if sanding of the old varnish and giving it a fresh coat of varnish would help.
I havn't reapplied since it was built. It has not spent too much time out in
the sun however as paddling is close to home and just day trips and it sleeps in the garage.
Any suggestions out there for my delema. What kind of varnish should I use
with the west system. It may go over top of exsisting 206 hardner or it may
go over a complete re do using the 207 hardner.

Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give me.....Wayne Bergman North
