No kayaking for me today .... post-up from getting 9 neck vertebrae fused in Boston on 7/18........everything is outstanding! Not much pain, arms and legs work, only drool at women 18-35 as they walk to the beach (used to drool before the surgery, too). And I walked 2 miles the other day, which is probably more than anytime in the past 3 years~!

So while I was wishing I had some of your brownies, the local pharmacy is supplying a great alternative!
