Epoxy: What type and how much ?

Hi'

Building a Guillemot Expedition Single, and have gotten great input about strongback setup and ripping.

Next Q is : what type of epoxy and how much ?

I'm currently waiting for Nick's book to arrive in the mail next week, and figured that the numbers would be in there, but why wait...

I have access to West Systems 105/205-6 or 7, so what will it be ?

Reading West Systems EpoxyWorks Magazine (http://www.westsystem.com/ewmag), the 207 seems to be the best choice, as i will be building outside in Danish climate, pretty chilly most of the year, but has anybody tried this in real life ?

If choosing 207, will this also be fast enough to use for scarfing strips ?

Thanks in advance,

Jesper

P.S. Next time i post a Q, i'll have som pics of my setup to share. Anybody interested in pics/details, feel free to send me an email.
