Skin-on-Frame: Polyurethane

I've just skinned the kayak my dad built in 1959 with George Dyson's 16 oz polyester. It is so beautifull that I almost want to cry. I want to use a water-based polyurethane on it, but my local Home Depot does not carry it (exterior type). Any recommendations of retailers that sell same?
