Strip: aligning the forms...

Hi everyone. I am currently attempting to build a Guillemot Double Kayak and am having a bit of trouble aligning the forms. I have aligned forms 1 through 11 and those are nearly perfect.(By the way, do the forms have to be absolutely perfect? How much + or - should I be worried about?) However, The aft forms are not moving in to place. Should I cut out the strongback hole more, make it bigger? Seems to me this is very hard to do...can't wait to get past this point. Thanks for your time.
