S&G: Cirrus is Launched - Part 2 *Pic*

Although I am still fussing with the seat and do not have either hip supports or knee hooks installed yet I can already feel how much more manueverable this boat is compared to my glass Seaward. There was an intial twitch during paddling but modifying my stroke amended that. Saturday was very calm so I had the opportunity to test carved turns and trueness of straight lines. Both passed.

Sunday was 1' chop plus cross winds. Amazingly I had a tough time getting the boat to weathercock although broaching waves caused me to brace a couple of times.

I am extremely pleased with this boat and after I get the seat fully installed and gaskets on the hatches I should find a lot more play time in this boat.

Thanks to Nick and everyone who posts on this board. I continue to learn lots.
