Hi all.

Since I was thinking about this, I thought I'd present a cute little car.

So small, in fact, that you'd never get a full-lenght boat on it. Maybe a tray or rack on top where you could stack your 3-piece kayak?

This is one of those things, like the Smartcar, you'll never see in the States.

Actually, this is a single (yes!) seater car specifically made for wheel chair users in Europe. Entry is through the rear: a two-piece door lowers a roll-on ramp while swinging open on top. Roll your chair in, right up to the steering wheel, which is equipped with all the hand controls a disabled person would need-brakes, throttle, etc.

In fact, this owner is apparently not handicapped. You can't really tell here, but the chair is not a wheelchair. It's a red plastic outdoor/patio/cafe chair with the Coca Cola emblem splashed across it. Maybe they selected it for the matching paint scheme.

Cheers,

Pete,
