Strip: Night Heron Vs. Outer Island

I am interested in a comparison of the Night Heron and the Outer Island. Anybody ever paddle both? What size/weight paddlers work best in each boat? Is 165 pounds too light of a paddler weight? What are the performance differences? Which is easier to build? Intended use would be primarily as a dayboat in tidal coastal waters, large lakes, and large, flatwater rivers.

Thanks.
