Strip: Kayak for a REALLY big guy

Okay I know ya'll get flooded with this question, but.. I've not quite found the right answer. See I'm a really big guy, I'm 6'7" 300lbs and wear a size 17 shoe. I want a kayak, I'm not likely to take it out on the oceans (but who knows), just up and down the Wekiva and Econ rivers (Fla). I'm thinking strip preferably because i've already done a "puddle duck" canoe.

So important points.
6'7"
size 17 shoe
300 lbs
strip
and day tripping only (I hate camping).

will a Guillemot do?
