Epoxy: tiny tips on syringe steel tips

some more metal needled syringe shoptips – these are for extending the time before viscosity lessens flow.

- keep fingers(heat) off syringe body – just squeeze betw lower end and plunger if force needed, i wish they had better upper flanges. have partial cup of coolish water handy to put in when not using to slow setup – gently place in! small squeeze and paper towel wipe before reuse.

- cut needle to 1/3 length w/ wirecutters (then run over stone a few times) to lessen constricted flow length.

- have little tub of vinegar handy to sluice out syringes after use. (pour some in top of syringe before retracting to ease out – espec if gummed up a bit) i’ve even been cleaning/reusing the nicer flowing needles.

- and of course mix tiny batches. i've been wasting many a small batch.

and cool weather helps, but i personally don't really recommend it.
