Hello creative kayak builders,

Sadly I put my kayak away for the winter. It’s just to cold now and soon the water freezes over up here in Canada. For the off-season, it would be nice to have a paddling exercise machine. I saw one at the racing paddle club, but it’s quite complex and I’m sure expensive. I’m wondering if anybody made one. I thought of some ideas like pulling a sliding seat with ropes up a ramp, pulleys and weights or a friction type linkage. Any ideas, thoughts, pictures? Thank you all. Roland
