Material: fastest coating material

Hi:

I was wondering if there is any hard data on what the fastest (i.e., slipperiest) material for coating the bottom of a kayak is. Actually, for a kayak it probably doesn't make too much difference, but for a strip-built sailboat like the Swift Solo it might make quite a difference.

I'm most interested in hard data, but semi-informed speculation would be of interest as well. Also, I'm most interested in clear material, not opaque.
