Thanks. I tried several types of tape, but found that the
new "Scotch" transparent duct tape had the best adhesion to
PVC and held up well on the water. As you can see, "translucent"
would best describe this particular tape.

It's best to go over the PVC/Zipper surface with a wipe of MEK to
dull the finish brfore taping initially. Tape can be replaced as
often as needed.
