Two fine books on the process of s&g building:

Chris Kulczycki's, "The New Kayak Shop"

Sam Devlin's, "Devlin's Boatbuilding: How to Build Any Boat the Stitch-and-Glue Way"

Kulczycki's book is dialed right in to the business of building sea kayaks with plywood. Devlin's book is much a much broader look at the world of building boats on a much larger scale.

Lots of really terrific info in these two books that can be augmented by the extensive resource here on this forum.
