There were two Najad´s built at the studycircle I run last winter. Both was equipped with rudder and needed footrests and pedals. They wanted an easy adjustable footbrace that didn´t make any intrusion in the cockpit. The space under deck is free so I constructed a footrest-pedalcontraption that was hung under deck leaving the hull untouched. The contraption is epoxiglued up under deck and consists of a rail and a slider with support and pedals. All in wood, birchplywood exept the hinges for the pedals. You can sit down in the cockpit and easily adjust the slider with the strap. The slider can be taken away from the rail for service.
