I've been using the 1/32" milled fibers for added strength on fillets. I add a spoonful, or two, along with wood flour and mix up the epoxy to the consistency for the particular job I'm doing. The base for all of my goopie is the wood flour and/or cabosil (fumed silica). There are many additives one can add for desired characteristics. The milled fibers are $16.04 for 2 1/2 quarts at USComposites. Never fall into the trap of thinking that there is one way, and only one way, to do a job. There are a number of alternative materials and building methods. Some are equal, some are better, and some suck. Be flexible, enjoy....and BUILD.....
