Another choice for a smaller paddler is the Guillemot S.I'm currently building one for my 12 year old son because I wanted to stay away from the wider boats.He paddles my Night Heron[20''] easier than my wife's Endevour[24'']and I'm a big fan of Nick's designs.Also the Guilly S should fit him for quite a few years.
