: I need to be gone for the next 4 days. Are there any issues with that long of
: a re-coat time with Interlux Perfection Varnish?

None. Any time after 4-6 hours is fine. Perfection is two-part and cures by reaction of the base with the catalyst, similar to epoxy. Give the last coat a light sanding like you've been doing, brush away and enjoy your new King. BTW: Give the last coat about a week to fully cure before you go paddling.
