Justin,

Given your size, I'd call Vaclav (One Ocean Kayaks) about the Cape Ann Expedition or the Storm. The Expedition will track a little better than the Storm and will carry your weight a bit better, but if you like the design, maybe you can build a slightly longer Storm. The Expedition is now available with a high deck option. You might not need that much room, but it's an option. I paddle an Expedition. It's a fast kayak with good tracking, but when you put it up on edge, it turns nicely too. Like most kayaks, it does weather cock a bit, but with your weight, it might just be perfect.
