Hi Mike,
I've tried ScarySharp "halfway"- used it to flatten my chisels prior to sharpening on a stone, but have never gone through the full grit progression. (50, 80, 100, 150, 180, 220, 320, 400, 600, 1200, and 2000) I've not tried it with my knives, what grits did you use?
