I use 7 1/4 circular saw blades on my unisaw for the thiner kerf. also my dust collection is just a big wet vac but it collects off a shop made blade guard/dust hood that totally kicks butt. Becuase of it's clever design, very little dust hits air. I just vacuum the inside of the saw cabinet after using and life is good without the need for another 220 outlet in my tiny shop for a respectable dust collecter. if this link doesn't work, a search on youtube with "shopnotes table saw blade guard will turn it up. Shopnotes is the best magazine for just shop oriented info, BTW, IMHO
