Well I did do a 1/4 scale drawing today and seems my guestimate of the displacement/waterline was nearly perfect, off by 3/8", very easy to modify that.

Need to work on the center of bouyancy, have it close, but needs refinement.

Not alot of materials needed for these things, so no biggy on the lost wood, that's mostly for other projects.
