I may not go for zar after all. my dad wanto to go to "the marine store" which is basically a boat store, and look at what they have there because he needed a can of sealant for his aluminum canoe that would fill leaks, he went there and told them what he needed and they found exactly what he wanted i their catalog. So he thinks they will have a good urethane for this because it will be marine specific. So I'll give that a try.
