If you are looking for the easiest system to operate you might consider the Moby Latch system. I converted the first set from the under-deck bungie method. They really hold well and I haven't heard of anyone that wasn't happy with theirs.
I never did get around to making a web page for them but here is a link to someone elses anyway.
