: Bill it's not hard for me to get confused. I was thinking you were using a
: boat platform and adding different hull shaping pieces to it to find the
: perfect cat hull shape, and also using an (A) frame mast to hold a wing
: sail. I can't remember you posting pictures Bill but I think yours would
: be some of the more interesting ones.

Hi John,
The cat is a little different , also not real sure how it's gonna work, looks right now like a really skinny and really deep kayak. It's an assymetrical hull catamaran, the insides are nearly flat with 95% of the hull shape on the outsides only. Building it with the two flat sides against each other so it looks skinny
There's almost no deck on this thing, so sailing it would require a redesign.
I know I'm being bad with the pictures, I'll get them posted this week sometime. Today was spent building a scarfing jig for the table saw, lots of stringers on this boat, so hand cut scarves wouldn't be fun (well probably would be fun, but slow). Tomorrow I hope to cut all the scarfs (scarves?) and epoxy them. They should sit for a couple days to allow the epoxy to gain some strength so maybe Wednesday I can play with pictures.
