Hi David,

Normally the minicell foam bulkheads are 3" thick and are glued in on the edges with silicone. They should fit snug. Best price I've found for the stuff is from CLC (chesapeake light craft), 24" x 24" x 3" is around $30 I think, it's on their web site anyway.
