Btw, with 3" minicell the foam itself keeps the bulkhead in place if it's cut right, the sealant mostly just seals the foam to the hull so there's less leakage. Silicone is what's used in the plastic boats that we've worked on. For wood boats I prefer wood or glass bulkheads, takes up a heck of alot less room.
