Thanks to all who responded to my request for advice on the right cockpit length. I've decided to go with the 33" and as luck would have it, Joe Greenley happens to have a 33" already fabricated in walnut (same as the 31" I got in the Redfish kit) that he is shipping to me.

Joe, I especially appreciate the support you have provided to me as I build my first strip boat. As a first time builder, everything is new to me so I have lots of questions and your willingness to answer and provide technical assistance is reassuring....
