: Real simple Bill. I just cut the threads that sewed the top of the sail tube
: to open it up and then put in a grommet for the rope to pull the sail up.

: stores nicely on the boat and sets up with just a snap to the top of the
: mast and one to the bow of the boat. The wind up rope is already in place

Hmm..was thinking the sleeve that fits over the mast was smaller than it apparently is. Sometimes it's hard figuring this stuff out from a distance

After hearing from you yesterday was thinking that this little Yost Sea Bee I'm building might make a fun boat to sail, little more beam and a average sized cockpit (odd for me, all my boats have ocean cockpits).
