Have a look at the Storm LT and SLT boats from Vaclav at One Ocean. The SLT would fit her well--and maybe track better than the LT, to boot (check w/Vaclav). Ours came in right around 32# and was a pretty easy shape to strip. My wife has no problems holding a straight course in the boat, yet it turns easily when edged a little.
