I dry sand epoxy because when (not if) you sand into the glass weave it shows much more when dry. Use a vacuum on your ROS sander to catch the dust, and your sandpaper will last longer and sand faster. And wear a mask!

I wet sand varnish because dry sandpaper clogs instantly with varnish.
