This is fairly specialized work, the odds are excellent that anyone who actually owns a mold won't let just anyone borrow it, it's awfully easy to destroy it and molds ain't cheap. Even if a person could borrow a mold, the finish comes from the mold surface and the gelcoat sprayed into it. It's possible to roll the gelcoat, but the odds of getting a good part the first time are lousy. It's a fairly long learning process and that tends to get expensive.

Agree with Charlie, buy a rotomolded boat.
