There are a couple of options.

1. Leave them, but it bothers us when things don't look perfect and the strength is reduced minimally.

2. cut it out, grind, sand, patch and sand the edges

3. Drill a 1/16th hole in each end of the blister, mix up some epoxy and inject with a needle and syringe, Use a heat gun to warm the area and it will flow better. Fill to overflowing. Inject from one hole only so the air can escape from the other.

4. Paint it :-)
