Then we are both in the same kayak, Scott. I recently peaked at 215-lbs and have managed to get 'er down to 200 as of two days ago. I am hoping to keep it going and get below 190-lbs in time for the last leg of my big river trip (June-July, 2010). Middle age sucks but hey, it's all we got. For those younger 'uns of you snickering while reading our middle-aged banter....YOURS IS COMING!
