After that first fill coat of epoxy on the glass, and if the wet out went well without bubbles, then the need for care due to air temperature is non existent.

You will need to lightly sand or score your finish to apply any new coat of anything, be it epoxy or varnish, so that the next coat has something to "grab" on to. The exception to this is fill coats of epoxy laid on before the prior coat has time to fully set up...usually after it is hardened, but with in 24 hours...or 72 hours (not sure of the exact time, but someone else might be), depending on the temperature (warmer temps quicken set up time).

Take lot's of pictures of that shiny boat after you're done, they never look the same again.
